Solemn arrival of a Lord-Mayor in Paris, in front of the City Hall decorated with flags and statues, with a carriage drawn by horses and a crowd in period costume. Reverse: postcard dated 23 October 1905, sent to Monsieur Jules Strands in Paris, with a red stamp and a Paris postmark.
