Illustration of a forest scene with a stag and several fawns near a stream, printed in muted greens and browns. Verso shows a Paris postmark dated 12 April 1904, addressed to 'Madame Lhuissier, Parthenay, Deux-Sèvres', and a green 5-centimes French postage stamp affixed on the recto.
