Aerial view of the Citadel and Mosque of Mohammed Ali in Alexandria, with a handwritten inscription dated 22/8/00. The reverse shows an address in Athens, Greece, with a postmark from Alexandria dated 23 VIII 00 and a note 'Universal Postal Union'. Two 1 millieme Egyptian stamps are affixed at the bottom of the front, partially canceled.
