View of the old port of Algiers with arcaded buildings and balconies, and several people in colonial attire. On the reverse, handwritten text from the sender to his friend, mentioning his work at the Admiralty and the absence of a postmark. 10-centime postage stamp and Algerian postmark of 10-11-1922, addressed to Rochefort (Charente-Maritime).
