Description

Oriental market scene with several men in traditional attire, including a Turkish merchant in a blue costume and white turban, surrounded by stacks of goods. Printed text at the bottom: 'Turkish Merchant.' The reverse has a handwritten address to Berthe Bard in Dombasle-Fay, Haute-Marne, dated 30 May 1908, with an Algerian postage stamp and a postmark from Fays-Billot.
