View of the Amboise Castle with its round keep and towers, dated around 1913. Printed text in French and English describes the building as the king's residence, begun by Charles VIII and completed under François I, with a double crenellated terrace. Reverse: two green 5-centime stamps, Amboise postmark, handwritten address to Bourg-la-Reine, and mention of the publisher JHD Phot.
