Black and white aerial view of La Cigogne, showing the river winding through the village and surrounding fields, with tiled rooftops in the foreground. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to 'Billy' at 'Villa Azur Cottage, 10 rue Joseph Cadei, Nice', with two green 5-franc stamps and a postmark from Angoulême-Gare dated August 16, 1950.
