Postcard showing a man in a boat distributing letters in the flooded streets of Argenteuil during the Seine flood. Printed text at the bottom: 'FLOOD OF THE SEINE — ARGENTEUIL — Letter Distribution'. Reverse: handwritten letter to Madame Wiernsberger in Reims, 10 centimes stamp, postmark from Argenteuil dated 18 July 1910, with note that the correspondence on the front is not accepted by foreign countries.
