Description

Panoramic view of the village of Argentière nestled in a valley, with the Mont-Blanc in the background under a clear sky. The printed text at the bottom indicates the publisher J.J. and the series number 10553. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated late July 1910, signed 'Cottéry', mentioning a visit to Argentière and an ice climb, as well as the address of the publisher Jallien frères in Geneva.
