Description

Interior of the Grand Hall of the City Hall in Arras, adorned with two large chandeliers, carved seats and richly carved architectural decoration. Reverse: postcard sent to M. Denot in Saint-Martin, with a 5-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Arras dated 15 July 1903.
