Description

Black and white panoramic view of the Lisieux basilica, with its imposing dome and Gothic towers, surrounded by gardens and lampposts. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription addresses the card to 'Mrs. Marcelle Bodet, 54 rue de Bef Clair, Nantes'. A postmark from Calvados dated 1940 is affixed, as well as a publisher stamp 'Centre Mondial de Piété et de Tourisme, Lisieux'.
