Description

Black and white view of La Porte Rivotte, a medieval fortified gate of Besançon, dated around 1950, with two conical towers and a coat of arms above the central arch. Reverse: numbered postcard 1069, published by Éditions d'Art, with an 8 franc postage stamp and a postmark from Besançon dated 30 July 1953, addressed to Madame G. Clemencin at Saint-Vincent-sur-Jard.
