Description

Colorized view of an animated beach with sunbathers, umbrellas, and beach huts, bordered by a promenade and an imposing turret-building. On the reverse, a 12-centime stamp commemorating the centenary of the Cour des Comptes in 1957, with handwritten writing indicating the destination address to Grand Quevilly (Seine-Maritime) and the publisher CAP in Paris.
