View of the Monument of the Girondins in Bordeaux, with a statue of an angel on top of a pillar, surrounded by trees and lampposts, against the backdrop of the city. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Marcais in Paris, with a postmark dated August 13, 1908, and a cancellation stamp from Bordeaux.
