View of the Porte Cailhau in Bordeaux, featuring its imposing medieval gateway and conical towers, framed by urban buildings and a paved street. On the reverse, a handwritten address sends the card to Madame E. Saubatier in Mérac, with a green 10-centime stamp and a postmark from Toulouse dated 21-9-1905.
