Description

View of the Gate of Burgundy in Bordeaux, with a horse-drawn carriage and pedestrians in front of the monumental arch. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame de Girards in Sainte-Foy, with a signature of 'M. Vial'. Two green stamps of the French Republic from 1907 are affixed.
