Aerial view of a large concrete dam, surrounded by wooded hills and a lake. The reverse features printed text detailing the technical characteristics of the dam: height of 120 meters, crown at 543 meters, discharge of 1,200 cubic meters per second, and volume of concrete used of 660,000 cubic meters. The card was sent to Mrs. Gaudemeau in Vendée, with a 1 franc stamp and a postmark from Puy-de-Dôme dated 1979.
