Description

Black and white view of an enormous wave crashing violently on a rocky pier, with buildings in the distance. On the reverse, printed text: '30 - Batz-sur-Mer (Loire-Inf.) A monster wave on the pier'. Handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Mme Puytorac' in La Baule, with a stamp and Nantes postmark dated August 1934.
