Description

Military ceremony in Paris in 1919, where a man in civilian clothes receives a flag from an officer. Around them, several soldiers in uniform and helmets. Reverse: handwritten text dated 23 June 1919, addressed to 'Mme Élise Perre', describing the scene as 'magnificent' and mentioning a 'pomage' (probably 'pomage' for 'potato' or 'potato' in a food context, but here likely an error or abbreviation).
