View of the town hall in Cépoy, a brick building with a multi-gabled roof and chimney, surrounded by a wall and a metal gate. On the reverse, handwritten message 'Bonne Amitiés à A. Cantory' and address to M. J. Glatter at Charcutery, with a French Republic postal stamp and Cépoy cancellation of 28 July 1923.
