Description

View of a wooden belvedere on rocks in Chamarande, with several children present. Printed text at the top: 'La mère Caille is dead yesterday.' Reverse: handwritten text dated 18 August 1930, mentioning walks, a hat purchased, and a visit to the normal school. Postmark and cancellation stamp visible.
