View of Château d'Anet, built in 1552 for Diane de Poitiers, with its entrance portal decorated with a motif depicting a stag held at bay by four dogs. Reverse: handwritten address to Madame Messieurs, Mademoiselle Cuckert, 53 Avenue du Dourdon, St-Chéron (5 cro), 15 centimes postmark of 1923, cancellation 'DREUX-EY' and postcard stamp 'CARTE POSTALE'.
