View of the cloister of the Saint-Spire abbey in Corbeil, with its imposing Gothic portal and conical-roofed towers. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Mr. Paul Bégou, a real estate dealer in Corbeil, dated August 30, 1917, with a postmark from Corbeil and a note stating 'Displaced Correspondence'.
