Pale blue Indian interior postcard, stamped 35 annas, intended for the Secretary and General Director of the Institution of Engineers of India in Calcutta. The reverse indicates the sender Jagdish at the Control Room, All India Radio, Lucknow, with an Indian postmark dated July 31, 1952. The reverse also bears the English inscription: 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN'.
