Indian interior postcard dated around 1950, sent from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) to Calcutta for the Institution of Engineers (INDIA). The reverse bears the inscription « UNTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN » and a 35 annas postage stamp with a Calcutta cancellation. The sender is D. Karunakara Rao, an intern student, and the recipient is the secretary of the institution.
