Interior Indian postcard dated around 1950, addressed to the Institution of Engineers (India) in Calcutta. The reverse bears the recipient's address, the recipient's name and address (Gajendra Behara, Senior Engineer, Public Health, Seemabadda), as well as a 35 annas postage stamp and a circular cancellation from Calcutta. The reverse also features an inscription in Hindi and English: 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN'.
