Pale blue Indian interior postcard dated around 1940, sent by G.S. Rahangdale, assistant engineer, division 2, P.W.D. (B&R), to the Institution of Engineers of India in Calcutta. The reverse bears the inscription 'THE UNTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN' and a postage stamp with a portrait of Gandhi. The front displays a violet 35 annes stamp and a post office stamp from Seoni-Bhairogan.
