Pale blue interior Indian postcard, dated around 1951, franked with a violet 35 annas stamp featuring an image of a bird. Handwritten address to the Institution of Engineers (India) in Calcutta. Reverse: sent by S.R. Bhardwaj, F.E., to Sist Panchi (Punjab), with a postmark from Mandi and an English inscription 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN'.
