Indian inland letter from 1948, stamped 15 p. with the effigy of the National Assembly, addressed to Ramdutt Ji in Bhomia, Jaipur district (Rajasthan). The reverse bears a postmark from Sikkim dated August 26, 1948, with the inscription 'NO ENCLOSURES ALLOWED'.
