Indian interior postcard dated around 1950, addressed to the secretary of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Calcutta. The reverse indicates the sender R.S. Raju, Scientific Assistant at ECIL in Hyderabad, with a violet 35 annas stamp and a Calcutta cancellation. The reverse also features an English inscription: 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN' and a stamp with a portrait of Gandhi.
