Indian inland postcard dated 1954, addressed to the Director of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Calcutta. The back has an inscription in Hindi and English: 'Untouchability is a crime against God and man', accompanied by a violet 3 annas postage stamp and a postmark from Calcutta dated 22-1-54. The back also states that no items should be attached to the mail.
