Indian interior postcard from 1947, sent from Ashwani (Bihar) to Calcutta, with a violet 35 annas stamp and a postmark from Bhari. The reverse features the inscription 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN' and a stamp with the portrait of Gandhi. The handwritten address is directed to the Secretary General of the Institution of Enggss. (India) in Calcutta.
