Indian interior postcard dated around 1950, intended for the secretary of the Institution of Engineers in Calcutta. The reverse side bears the recipient's address, A.K. Pandey, mechanical instructor at the Polytechnic Institute of Gonda, with a 35 annas postage stamp and a cancellation mark. The reverse also features an inscription in Hindi and English: 'Untouchability is a crime against God and man.'
