Description

Indian interior postcard of Calcutta (West Bengal) dated around 1951, franked with a violet 35 annas stamp with postmark. The reverse features a message in English and Hindi: 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN', as well as the recipient's address in Calcutta and New Delhi with a Delhi postmark. The printed text on the reverse also states that envelopes must not contain attachments.
