Handwritten address intended for the Secretary of the Institution of Engineers (India) at 8- Gokhle Road, Calcutta. Reverse: header indicating 'NO ENCLOSURES ALLOWED', recipient address Randhir Singh at V.P.O. Chirod, District Hisso (Haryana), and a circular postmark dated 15.2.51. Printed text at the bottom: 'UNTTOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN'.
