Indian interior postcard dated around 1950, sent from Hamjam (PIN 761027) to Calcutta (PIN 700020) for the Institution of Engineers (India). The reverse bears the inscription 'THE IN TOUCHABILITY IS A CRIME AGAINST GOD AND MAN' and a 35 annas violet stamp with a portrait of Gandhi. The recipient's address is handwritten and includes the sender's name, Bihbudutta Roy.
