Description

Sculptural relief depicting the taking of the Bastille on 14 July 1790, with soldiers and a monument inscribed 'PATRIE'. Printed text at the bottom: 'Soufourn affichages Lourdes. 14 JULY 1790. C. 2'. Back: handwritten address to Mademoiselle Chérie Wicker in Calais, green postmark canceled 'S. DENOBLOIS 125-1913'.
