French propaganda poster from 1920 for the National Day of Victims of the Sea, illustrated with a grieving woman holding two children. The printed text calls for generosity toward the widows and orphans of Breton sailors lost in storms. Signed by Louis Rollin, Minister of Merchant Marine.
