French propaganda poster from 1920 for the National Day of Victims of the Sea, illustrated with a grieving woman holding two children. The printed text calls for generosity toward the widows and orphans of Breton sailors lost in storms. Signed by Louis Rollin, Minister of Merchant Marine. Reverse: postcard with space for correspondence and address, published by the Alliance Gréphique, 34, rue Marc-Seguin, Paris (18e).
