View of the central square in Abbeville with the monumental fountain and the building of the 'Justice de Paix'. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1949 from Abbeville to Marseille, with a handwritten letter and a 12-centime stamp. The recipient's address is in Marseille, 18 ch. du Zénith, and the postmark reads 'ABBEVILLE 20-8-1949 SOMME'.
