Satirical caricature from 1914 by Nerro, depicting a French Minister of Foreign Affairs (tall man in uniform) and another character (short man in uniform), with the text: 'When will we have a proper Minister of Foreign Affairs from France?' Reverse: printed text 'Not all foreign countries accept correspondence on the front, inquire at the Post Office.' and signature 'F. J.' at the bottom left.
