Description

Black and white view of the steep cliffs of the Gorges d'Abak in Algeria, with visible rock strata. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated February 2, 1955, sent from Constantine to Philippe Chamaniac, 16 rue de Brugère in Paris IX, with an Algerian 15-franc postage stamp and a postmark from In-Salah.
