Ceremonial scene in front of the Forbin Barracks in Aix-en-Provence, decorated with garlands and a large military order above the entrance, with soldiers in uniform. The reverse features a handwritten address to Madame Eug. Servin in Manosque (Basses-Alpes) and a 10 centime stamp canceled in Digne-les-Bains on November 18, 1913.
