View of the Roman cloister of the cathedral in Aix-en-Provence, dating from the 11th century, with its columns and round arches. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated November 1, 1907, addressed to Madame Anna Joudan in Saint-Etienne-les-Orgues, with a green 5-centime stamp and a postmark from Aix-en-Provence.
