Description

View of the Palace of Justice in Aix-en-Provence, an imposing building with colonnades and sculptures, surrounded by trees and a few passersby. Front side bears the inscription 'Thank you, your devoted' and the handwritten date '16-1-09'. Back side: address to Paris, 1909 postmark, original postmark 'AIX-EN-PROVENCE', and note 'This side is exclusively reserved for the address.'
