View of the Palace of Justice in Aix-en-Provence with colonnades and statues, under a clear sky. Handwritten text on the front expresses a personal reflection on military service. Reverse: address to Mr. Jules Jaune, driver in Tain-l'Hermitage (Drôme), with two 5-centime green stamps and a postmark from Pierrelatte (Drôme) dated 9 April 1904.
