Statue of King René on a base adorned with inscriptions, at the center of a fountain in a lively square surrounded by old buildings and shops such as 'Salon de Coiffure'. Reverse: dated postcard from 17 July 1916, sent to Madame Natrion in Nice, with a red stamp and a cancellation 'AIX-EN-PROVENCE'.
