View of the Abbey of Haute-Combe in Aix-les-Bains, a Cistercian monastery founded in 1125, adorned with Carrara marble sculptures, among the most notable are those of King Charles-Félix, Queen Marie-Christine, and the Pieta. Reverse: green 5c stamp, postmark 'AIX-LES-BAINS', address to Madame Moreaux in Paris, and handwritten text 'Baldunx' in correspondence.
