Black and white panoramic view of a hotel perched on a steep rocky promontory above the lake, with a winding road below. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Monsieur Comble in Courbesvoie, dated November 9, 1938, with a French postage stamp from 1938 and a cancellation from Aix-les-Bains.
