Description

Watercolor illustration of a steamboat navigating through the Gorges du Sierroz, surrounded by rocky cliffs and dense vegetation. The drawing is signed G. Sauvage and bears the inscription 'Aix-les-Bains — Gorges du Sierroz'. The reverse shows handwritten correspondence addressed to M. Bermond in Brussels, with a 45-centime French postage stamp and a cancellation from Aix-les-Bains dated 25 May 1918.
