Black and white view of a lake bordered by an imposing retaining wall and rocky cliffs under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, handwritten address to 'Monsieur et mes enfants' in Romans-sur-Isère, postmark of 1954 and cancellation stamp from Aix-les-Bains.
